The Navigation Frame
The navigation frame appears on the left of the Web User Interface display
and contains the menu choices that allow you to
open either a view or another menu.
The menu choices that are displayed are controlled, and what you
see depends upon your authority. For example,
you may not have a link to the CICSPlex SM customization tool, the
View Editor.
The types of link in the navigation frame are:

- Views
- Links that will display data in the work frame.
- External links
- Links to a URL that launches a new Web browser instance.
The requested page is served from another Web server, not from the CICSPlex SM Web User
Interface server.
