Printing a View

The recommended procedure for printing a view is:

• Click the Print preview icon, . A new window is opened, showing a printable version of your display.
• Print the window contents using your normal Web browser print facility. Note that all the records matching the selection criteria will be printed, not just the current page showing on your screen. Therefore, if your display is very large, it could take some time to print.
• Close the print preview window.

If you use the data display before you close the print preview window, you might get a message saying that data is no longer available in the print preview window.
