Sorting a Tabular View

The data in a column of a tabular display may be sorted in either ascending or descending order. Whether or not the data may be sorted is determined by the creator of the view using the View Editor. If the data may be sorted, the column title field will contain an upward arrow icon and a downward arrow icon.

• To sort the data in ascending order, click on the Sort ascending icon, .
• To sort the data in descending order, click on the Sort descending icon, .
